Canopy FALLS OFF Japanese Top Gun pilot's F-2 jet in mid-air while flying to intercept foreign plane

The Mitsubishi F-2 fighter jet lost its canopy, which weights about 198lb (90 kg), while flying over a mountainous area in southwestern Japan on Sunday, Japan's Defence Ministry said.
